Embedding videos in Help Center

AlooChat can automatically embed videos when you paste supported video URLs.

Just make sure the video link is:

  • On its own line

  • With an empty line above and below it

This will convert the link into an embedded video player.

Get it from your browser address bar or the Share button.

Vimeo

Use: https://vimeo.com/VIDEO_ID

Get it from your browser or the Share button.

Loom

Use: https://loom.com/share/VIDEO_ID

Get it from the Share page after recording.

Wistia

Use: https://SUBDOMAIN.wistia.com/medias/VIDEO_ID

Get it from your browser or the Share & Embed menu.

Arcade

Use: https://app.arcade.software/share/VIDEO_ID

Get it from the Share menu of your demo.

Bunny CDN

Use: https://iframe.mediadelivery.net/play/LIBRARY_ID/VIDEO_ID

Get the URL from your Bunny CDN dashboard.

Direct MP4 Files

Any link ending with .mp4

Use a direct link from your hosting service.

Important Requirements

  1. The video URL must have a blank line before and after it.

  2. The URL must be alone on its own line (not part of a sentence).

  3. The link must be a clickable URL.

  4. The URL must match one of the supported formats above.

When these conditions are met, AlooChat will automatically display the video as a responsive embedded player across all devices.
